"The Albatross Around My Neck Is Twice The Size Of Texas"
In coming weeks I will be gathering more data and going out on location to photograph and video for my series "Albatrocity" aka "The Albatross Around My Neck Is Twice The Size Of Texas"
inspired by The Rime of The Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge written in 1797-98.
I came across this beautiful insightful video that ties together both the scientific research and data while still addressing the beauty and poetry of this topic and bird. Enjoy! More to come.

2012 Albatrocity....(Art 2012 Hawaii and Plasticity)
Happy 2012 this year is just underway and I am excited to be working on my series Albatrocity. In coming weeks I will be sharing more details of this series...in the meantime lots of creative ideas in the works wanted to share a pic from my recent trip to Hawaii...this was an amazing day filled with nature, adventure and creativity!!!!! This memory and photo brings great inspiration and joy to my work.
